Assignment 3

Implement a shared GUI-based PERT tool using either Jini or JMS. The user interface is entirely up to you, but must include a way of adding and displaying labelled nodes and edges, and must compute estimated activity and milestone times. If you are not very familiar with PERT charts, ask Google -- there are several good introductions on the web.
